The app facilitates the customers who are looking for call drivers to connect with the registered drivers by using proximity filter. The drivers registered on this platform are thoroughly background verified and are trained to help customers. Both the customer and driver are directly connected through this app. There are three types of trip options available. Pick and Drop, City trip and Outstation trips. Pick and Drop - This is for customers who want the drivers to drive them from point A to point B one way and are generally short trips which are 1 Hr to 2 Hr duration. Customers are charged by the hour and minute. City - These trips are for customers who want to hire a driver for few hours. Generally round trips are considered as city trips. Customers are charged by minimum number of hours and additional charges for extra hours. Outstation - These trips generally span more than 1 day. Customers are charged by the day Customer can book a driver wherever they are located and a driver will be assigned based on the location proximity. 30 mins is the minimum time required before a trip starts. The driver reports to the customer 15 mins before the trip start time. Driver starts the trip after checking the necessary conditions. Once the trip is finished the fare is calculated and the details are shown on the driver app. Driver collects payment from the customer as cash. Once paid the trip will be completed. In app calling feature is provided for the driver to call the customer anonymously and the customer to call the driver without exposing their phone numbers.
